Neil Redpath

Neil Redpath
Funeral Director/Owner

Neil was born & raised in Moose Jaw, SK. He worked along side his father Ron at Parkview Funeral Chapel in Moose Jaw, where he received his Saskatchewan Funeral Director/Embalmers License from the University of Saskatchewan. In 1993 Neil purchased the Eyers-Nestibo Funeral Home - Carnduff, and moved there with his wife Cara. In 1998 Neil moved his family to Melita, after purchasing the Eyers-Nestibo Funeral Home - Melita. In March of 1999, he obtained his Manitoba Funeral Director/Embalmers Certificate. Neil enjoys hunting and quad riding. In the winter, he spends time snowmobiling with family and friends.

Kurt Ardron

Kurt Ardron
Funeral Director

Kurt D. Ardron was born and raised in Brandon, Manitoba. He graduated from Vincent Massey High School in 1993, then spent the next two years in the Mass Communications Department at Bemidji State University in Bemidji, Minnesota.

After working at Brockie Donovan Funeral Home in Brandon since 2001, he became a licensed funeral director/embalmer, graduating with honours from the Western School of Funeral Service on May 21, 2004. He joined the staff at Redpath Funeral Home in July of 2010, after receiving his Saskatchewan license that June.

Kurt's interests include puttering in the yard, waterfowling, and “cheering on” the Minnesota Twins. Kurt is a board member at both the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #127 and Victoria United Church in Melita. Kurt joined the Manitoba Junior Hockey League's Virden Oil Capitals as their primary public address announcer at Tundra Oil and Gas Place in 2012.

Kurt married Wendy Jo Mosby of Hartney, Manitoba, on July 14, 2001. Prior to moving to Melita, Wendy Jo enjoyed teaching grade 7 and 8 at Linden Lanes School in Brandon. Kurt and Wendy Jo welcomed a beautiful baby girl into their family on October 29, 2010. Elena Maeve Ardron was born at the Brandon Regional Health Centre. The Ardrons are proud to call Melita home.

Cara Redpath

Cara has been working alongside Neil since 1993. She helps around the office, with the day to day activities. Neil & Cara have one son Tayler. Cara enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Manson Moir
Funeral Assistant

Manson was born and raised at Tilston, MB. He joined the staff in 2003 and works at the office on a part-time basis. Manson farms north of Tilston with his wife Barb. They have 3 children and 5 grandchildren. Manson enjoys woodworking, helping others and volunteering with different activities in the community.

Linda Porter

Linda was born and raised at Carievale, SK. She joined the staff in February of 2006. Linda and her husband Bruce take care of the day to day activities around the Carnduff office. They both enjoy camping and traveling to visit their 3 children.

Lisa Crepeele

Lisa Crepeele
Administrative Assistant

Lisa was raised at Elva, MB. and took her schooling at Pierson. She presently works full-time for Weatherford. After hours she spends time at the funeral home preparing documents and general office duties. She is married to Brian, and they have a son Brady. Lisa enjoys photography. She has decided to take it one step further, and create video tributes, which she calls Everlasting Memories. She has made several video tributes for people in the community for anniversaries, weddings, memorial tributes and sporting events.

Sandy Dalziel
Funeral Assistant

Sandy and her husband Ted, joined the staff in 2015, together they help at the Oxbow office with the day to day activities. Sandy is very involved in the community and with the United Church.
