Neil Redpath

Funeral Director/Owner

Neil was born & raised in Moose Jaw, SK. He worked along side his father Ron at Parkview Funeral Chapel in Moose Jaw, where he received his Saskatchewan Funeral Director/Embalmers License from the University of Saskatchewan. In 1993, Neil purchased the Eyers-Nestibo Funeral Home - Carnduff, and moved there with his wife Cara. In 1998, Neil moved his family to Melita, after purchasing the Eyers-Nestibo Funeral Home - Melita. In March of 1999, he obtained his Manitoba Funeral Director/Embalmers Certificate.

Kurt D. Ardron

Funeral Director/Embalmer

Kurt Ardron was born (1975) and raised in Brandon, Manitoba. He graduated from Vincent Massey High School in 1993, then spent the next two years in the Mass Communications Department at Bemidji State University in Bemidji, Minnesota.

After working at Brockie Donovan Funeral Home in Brandon since 2001, he became a licensed funeral director/embalmer, graduating with honours from the Western School of Funeral Service on May 21, 2004. He joined the staff at Redpath Funeral Home in July of 2010, after receiving his Saskatchewan license that June.

Kurt enjoys walking, fat biking, public address announcing, visits to traditional barber shops, reading (The Great Greys Book Club) and cheering for the Minnesota Twins.

Kurt married Wendy Jo Mosby of Hartney, Manitoba, on July 14, 2001. Kurt and Wendy Jo have two wonderful daughters, Elena (born in 2010) and Adele (born in 2014).

Cara Redpath

Cara has been working alongside Neil since 1993. She helps around the office, with the day to day activities. Neil & Cara have one son Tayler. Cara enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Sandy Dalziel

Funeral Assistant

Sandy and her husband Ted joined the staff in 2015. The Dalziels help at the Oxbow office with the day to day activities. Sandy is very involved in the community and with the United Church.
