It's with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Beverley Lillian Ogden, age 70, of Alameda, who lost her courageous fight with cancer on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at the Galloway Health Centre, Oxbow.
Bev is survived by her husband, Ken Ludtke; sister, Debbie (Ron) Bank (children, Amber (Trevor) Horvath & Jaxson, and Dallas Bank (Carley Austin); mother-in-law, May Ludtke; two brothers-in-law, Allan (Brenda) Ludtke (children, Tracie (Scott) Poitras & family, and Trevor (Rachelle) Ludtke & family), and Marvin (Gail) Ludtke (children, Shane (Jessica) Ludtke, Ryan (Nicole) Ludtke & family, and Clint (Karla) Ludtke and family); also numerous extended family and special feline friend “Jack”.
She was predeceased by her parents, Cliff & Lillian Ogden; father-in-law, Lewis Ludtke; three cousins, Wyman Treble, Wesley Foss, and Cleone (Nurse) Phillips.
A funeral service to celebrate Bev's life was held at the Trinity Lutheran Church, Wordsworth on Saturday, February 23, 2019 at 11:00am. Pastor Jason Schultz officiated. Interment followed at the Wordsworth Cemetery in the Trinity Lutheran Church Yard.
