Mrs. Edna Needham of Carnduff and formerly of Oxbow, passed away at the Sunset Haven, Carnduff, on Sunday, November 10, 2019 at the age of 102.
She was predeceased by her parents, Hiram and Meda (Seaton) Corneil; husband, Clarence; son, Bob (Karen); daughter, Barbara Neuman; grandson, Keith Neuman; son-in-law, Raymond Thiel; two brothers, Robert (Hazel) Corneil and Harry (Mildred) Corneil.
Edna is survived by her children, Ron (DeAnne) of Oxbow, Norma Thiel of Red Deer, AB., Raymond of Oxbow, and Doug (Bev) of Carnduff; son-in-law, Otto Neuman of Oxbow; fourteen grandchildren, twenty-eight great-grandchildren, and thirteen great-great-grandchildren; also numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service to celebrate Edna's life will be held at the St. Paul's United Church, Oxbow, on Friday, November 15, 2019 at 2:00pm. Reverend Jackie van't Voort & Reverend Susan Reed will officiate. Interment to follow at the Oxbow Cemetery. A time of fellowship and refreshments will follow the interment back in the church lower hall.
