Mrs. Helga Gibson, formerly of Melita, passed away at the Virden Health Centre, Virden, MB. on Sunday, December 29, 2019 at the age of 84.
Helga is survived by five children: Marilyn Hardy (Rick), Deanna Gibson (John Meehan), Darin Gibson (Debbie Jones), Aubrey (Leslie) Gibson, and Arleigh Gibson (Sandy Lefebvre); twelve grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; siblings, Betty and Harvey.
She was predeceased by her husband, Lloyd; daughter, Nancy; parents, Asmundur and Krisbjorg (Eliasson) Asmundson; nine siblings, Eddie, Harold, Anna, Frances, Solveig, Kris, Laura, Asta, and Clara.
A private celebration of Helga's life has taken place.
