Mr. Jack Kress passed away at the Galloway Health Centre on Thursday, February 21, 2019 at the age of 90.
He was predeceased by his parents, Frank & Catherine (Glas) Kress; son, Jacob in infancy; sister, Adeline Orsted; brothers, Richard Kress and Frank Kress.
Jack is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Dianne; children: Barry (Heather), Jacqueline (Ron) Pearson, Kim (Rod) Rieder, Kathy (Holden) Byers, Kurt, and Kori Blommaert; twelve grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren; four siblings, Loretta Millions, Ray, Robert (Joyce) and Louise; also numerous nieces and nephews.
A service to celebrate Jack's life was held on Tuesday, April 16, 2019 at 2:00pm at the Oxbow Memorial Hall (Old School), Oxbow, SK. Mrs. Sandy Dalziel will officiated. Interment followed at the Oxbow Cemetery.
