Mrs. Jean Whyman passed away at her residence, the Estevan Regional Nursing Home, on Wednesday, August 7, 2019 at the age of 94.
Jean is survived by her sister-in-law, Joyce Forsyth of Alameda; four nieces, JoAnne (Bill) Davis of Alameda, Janeane (Lyle) Odgers of Alameda, BarbraJean Paxton of Vancouver, and Heather Twaites of Vancouver; five stepchildren, Ronalda Ann Arsenault of Victoria, Sheryl Lyn Zaremba (John) of Calgary, Jana Lee Mann of Vancouver, Marla Mae Preston (Bill) of Regina, and Rena Rae Whyman of Victoria.
She was predeceased by her husband, Ron Whyman; brothers, Grant Forsyth and Graham Forsyth; nephew, Rob Forsyth; stepson, William Whyman; parents, William and Jemima (Laurie) Forsyth.
A public graveside service will be held at the Alameda Cemetery, Alameda, SK. on Monday, August 12, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. with Mrs. Sandy Dalziel officiating.
Donations in memory of Jean can be directed to the Alameda Cemetery Fund or the Alameda & District Heritage Museum.
