Mrs. Joan Rutledge of Carievale, passed away at the Gainsborough Health Centre on Monday, July 9, 2018 at the age of 80.
Joan is survived by her two children, Jim (Karen) of Carievale and Nancy (Murray) Turton of Saskatoon; five grandsons, Justin (Amber) Turton, Koree (Aundie), Jonathan (Krystal) Turton, Brock (Megan), and Kirk (Brandy); twelve great-grandchildren; three brothers, Marvin Armstrong, Neil Armstrong, and Charles (Bev) Armstrong; three sisters-in-law, Raylene Armstrong, Shirley Armstrong, and Bev Armstrong; also numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
She was predeceased by her parents, Gordon & Marvel Armstrong; husband, Leonard; siblings, Bob Armstrong, Les Armstrong, Jim Armstrong, Joyce Cain, Jerald Armstrong, Larry Armstrong, Martin Armstrong; sisters-in-law, Joann Armstrong, Elaine Armstrong, Lorraine (Pete) Grimsen, Ruth Armstrong, and Alice (Ralph) Dean.
A Funeral Service for Joan was held at the Carievale United Church, Carievale, SK. on Saturday, July 14, 2018 at 11:00am. Reverend Rob Reed officiated. Interment took place at the Gainsborough Cemetery.
