Mr. John Kerr of Oxbow, passed away at the Galloway Health Centre on Thursday, October 10, 2019 at the age of 71.
John is survived by his four siblings: Donald (Nancy) Kerr of Churchville, PA., Alan (Patricia) Kerr of Bechtelsville, PA., Anne Kerr of Hanover, PA., and Dorothy (Darren) Gutshall of Carlisle, PA.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James & Helen Kerr.
John had Bachelors, Masters, and Doctorate degrees in educational fields. He spent more than thirty years teaching in high schools in Manitoba and Saskatchewan.
He was a lifelong sports fan of the Pittsburgh, PA teams: Penguins, Steelers, and Pirate. He also followed the Canadian hockey, baseball and Olympic teams.
There will be no formal funeral service held.
