Terry, Daryl, Becky, Cory, Leanne & families. Words are inadequate to express my sympathies to you and I am disappointed I will not be able to attend the funeral to pay my respects to the family. I never really knew Ruby until she started to work in the grocery store in Gainsborough. She was very quiet and had a kind and gentle manner about her. When confronted by a difficult customer her approach never seemed tochange and she upheld the code of conduct that “the customer is always right”. Once I got to know her better it was very obvious her life revolved around her kids and grandchildren and she loved you all dearly.
