Audrey Lewis Obituary
Mrs. Audrey Lewis of Virden, formerly of Cromer, passed away at the Reston Health Centre, Reston, MB on Monday, July 22, 2024 at the age of 82.
Audrey is survived by her husband Hardie; son Neil Lewis (Brenda Poirier) of Okotoks, AB and children, Evan (Meghan) Lewis, Bryn Lewis (son, Everett) and Owen Lewis; daughter Sharon McCurrie (Kevin) of Campbell River, BC and children, Clayton McCurrie (son, Connor) and Nicole (Darren) Braconnier (children, Kohen and Keadon); daughter Marie Lewis (Bruce Anderson) of Lynn Lake, MB; son Dale Lewis (Tracy) of Virden and children, Jordyn (son, Kasen), Tanner Lewis (Kelby) and Braeden Lewis (Marlee); siblings Marilyn Sambrook of Calgary, Anne (Vern) Davidson of Oak River and Lorne (Debbie) Sambrook of Deloraine.
She was predeceased by her parents Howard and Edna (Prentice) Sambrook.
A public graveside service for Audrey was held at the Medora Cemetery, Medora, MB on Saturday, July 27, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. with Mrs. Joyce Marsh officiating. A come & go memorial reception was then held at Tundra Oil & Gas Place, Virden, MB at 2:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, if friends desire, donations in memory of Audrey can be directed to the charity of one’s choice.
