Barbara "Jean" Lawson Obituary
Mrs. Barbara "Jean" Lawson passed away at the Gainsborough Health Centre, Gainsborough, SK. on Sunday, August 18, 2024 at the age of 87.
She was predeceased by her parents, Irene and William Smith; in-laws, Ab and Violet Lawson, Bill (Betty) Lawson, Dave (Heather) Lawson, Midge (Matt) Tanasichuk; nephews, Bob Lawson and Richard Kolner.
Jean is survived by her husband, Jim Lawson of 63 years who resides at Bow Valley Villa in Oxbow, SK. She is also survived by nephews and nieces, Brian (Gail) Lawson, Brenda Kolner, Gale Lawson, Darlene (Lorrie) Gustafson, David Lawson Jr, Donna Lawson, Steven (Winnie) Tanasichuk, Karen (Clint) Walsh, Susan Tanasichuk, Valerie Tanasichuk, Don (Jean) Tanasichuk and Greg (Barb) Tanasichuk.
Jean also leaves to mourn, her friends at the Bow Valley Villa, Gainsborough Health Centre, and her Calgary friends of many years in her neighborhood on Fountain Road.
There will be a family interment at a later date.
If friends desire, donations can be directed to the Bow Valley Villa or the Gainsborough Health Centre.
