Louise & Family,
Until today, I had not learned of Brian's passing, so I apologize for not extending my sympathies earlier. I met Brian in 1979 while gauging for Producers Pipelines and he was with Francana. Always enjoyed our chats back then, he was very encouraging. We recalled those days when we once again found ourselves both working for CNRL, where we worked on many projects together, particularily on my field trips to Estevan. Also loved the field Christmas parties. With Oxbow being so close to my family farm, north of Alida, Brian and I often shared many stories outside of work. I last spoke to him when I was in Estevan after my Dad died in Dec 2019, he was a great support to me. Like everyone who knew him, I will miss our discussions and his perspective. I will always remember his positive approach to life, one which this world needs more of. Sincerely, Gary and Jody Madsen.

Louise and family, I was very sorry to learn of Brian’s passing. I first met Brian in 1996 when Canadian Natural took over Sceptre resources and a few of us came down to Estevan to meet everyone. Brian stood out from the crowd, as he was so positive, and full of questions on the company. Over the years, he was a pleasure to work with, always focused at looking at the world in a positive light with a smile on his face. With sincere sympathy, Tim McKay

Dear Louise, I am so sorry to hear of Brian's passing. I have been thinking of him a lot these last few days. He was not only my cousin but my best friend when we were little. I always enjoyed visiting with you and Brian over the years. He had such a gentle heart, infectious smile and big laugh. He will b deeply missed.

Say not in grief 'he is no more' but live in Thankfulness that 'he was'.

Praying for His healing to soften the sadness and bring you peace.
