Denise Holden Obituary
It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Denise Holden of Melita on Friday, April 25, 2025 at the age of 78.
Denise will be lovingly remembered by her husband Winston; daughter, Carolyn (Darren) Sharpe (children, Olivia and Avery), daughter, Monica (Mike) Lawes (children, Dallas and Marty); five siblings, Blair (Paulette) Sharpe, Diane (Doug) Sharpe-Welder, Craig (Lori) Sharpe, Georgina Sharpe, Nicki (Bill) McDowell; two sisters-in-law, Heather (Metro) Harasyn, and Robin (Jeff) Goian, two brothers-in-law, Cal Remus and David Holden.
She was predeceased by her parents, Elton & Marjorie (Porter) Sharpe; step-mother, Doreen (North-Sexsmith) Sharpe; in-laws, Ewart & Vivian Holden; sisters, Gerry Holmes-Cop and Gail Remus; step-brother, Jon North; brothers-in-law, Jack Holden and Tim Holden.
A service to celebrate Denise’s life was held on Friday, May 2, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at the Melita Legion Hall (Main Street), Melita, MB. Interment followed at the Melita Cemetery.
