Diane Charlotte (Renwick) Durward

Mrs. Diane Charlotte Durward (Old Crow) of Brandon and formerly of Pierson, passed away at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Sunday, June 14, 2026 at the age of 77.

She was predeceased by her parents, George and Edith (Reddaway) Renwick; Gary’s parents, Charlie and Annabel Durward; brother, Melvin Renwick; in-laws, Ron Summers, Sunny Durward, Ronnie Durward, Duffer Bonner, and Muriel Maffenbeier. 

Diane is survived by her husband, Gary Durward; daughter, Christine (Mark) Lund, (grandsons, Tyler Strutt (Taylor) and Aiden Krassman (Rae-Lynn); son, Philip (Sue) Durward (grandson, Ren Durward); daughter, Leanne McBride (granddaughters, Lauren McBride and Layne McBride); siblings, Raymond Renwick, Dona Bonner (Lloyd), Milton (Debbie) Renwick, and Betty (Marvin) Minshull; in-laws, Isabel Summers and Pat Maffenbeier; also numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A service to celebrate Diane’s life was held on Saturday, July 11, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. from the Pierson Community Hall, Pierson, MB. Interment followed at the Pierson Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to the Pierson Community Hall, Box 295, Pierson, MB. R0M 1S0 or to the Pierson Cemetery Fund, Box 100, Pierson, MB. R0M 1S0.
