Mrs. Dorothy Mitchell passed away at the Sunset Haven, Carnduff, on Monday, July 29, 2019 at the age of 105.
She was predeceased by her husband, Sam; son, Harry; parents, Harry and Mary (Quail) Taylor; seven siblings: Herbert Taylor, Florence (Oliver) Farr, Isabel (Gordon) Reid, Irene (Stewart) Smith, Frank Taylor, Edna Wagner (Sam Dill) (Earl Wagner), and William Taylor.
Dorothy is survived by her two foster sons, Dwight and Duain; brother Ernie Taylor; also numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
A public graveside service was held at the Oxbow Cemetery, Oxbow, SK. on Friday, August 2, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. followed by a public funeral service at the Glen Ewen Gospel Hall, Glen Ewen, SK. at 2:00 pm. Mr. Randy Logue presided. Following the funeral service a luncheon was served in the Gospel Hall for family and friends.
