Douglas Seymour Obituary
Mr. Douglas Henry Seymour of Torquay passed away peacefully at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Estevan, on Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at the age of 59.
Doug is survived by his wife, Ruth (Malin) Seymour of Torquay; children, Natasha (Kevin) Jeeves of Wolseley (children, Makayla and Mackenzie), Kirsten (Shawn) Chase of Torquay (children, Reid, Oliver, and Alayna), Shawna of Regina, and Brandon (Lachlan) Seymour of Torquay (children, Alexia and Kennedy); father, Bob Seymour of Gainsborough; brothers, Larry (Deanna) of Glen Ewen, Dennis (Julia) of Glen Ewen, Raymond (Tammy) of Bienfait, and Stan (Debbie) of Coronach; brother-in-law, Cecil Parks of LaFleche; sisters-in-law, Anne (Robert) of Sinclair, MB, and Janet (Dwayne) of Sylvan Lake, AB; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Doug was predeceased by his mother, Margaret Seymour and his sister, Laurie Parks.
A celebration of Doug’s life was held at the Gainsborough Community Hall, Gainsborough, SK. on Saturday, August 24, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. with Mrs. Bev Ireland officiating. The interment followed at the Gainsborough Cemetery.
