Edna Roblin Obituary
Mrs. Edna Roblin of Melita, passed away at the Melita Health Centre on Friday, February 16, 2018 at the age of 97.
Edna is survived by her three children, Shirley Renwick of Melita, Keith (Marion) Roblin of Elkhorn, and Harvey Roblin (Janet George) of Elkhorn; son-in-law, Roy Flannery of Virden; eleven grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; brother-in-law, Tom McDowell of Calgary; three sisters-in-law, Jane Carr of Virden, Evelyn Roblin of Oaklake, and Grace Roblin of Pierson; also numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents, George & Jean (McRobbie) Anderson; husband, Claire; daughter, Darlene Flannery; son-in-law, Harvey Renwick; three siblings, Annie (Jim) Wheelans, Ken (Allison) Anderson, and Velma McDowell; two sisters-in-law, Geraldine (Bob) Young and Eva (Elwood) Heath; also three brothers-in-law, Delbert Carr, Mert Roblin, and Charlie Roblin.
A Funeral Service for Edna took place on Tuesday, February, 20, 2018 at 2:00 pm from the Victoria United Church, Melita. Reverend Rob Reed officiated. Interment followed at the Melita Cemetery.
Donations may be given to the Canadian Cancer Society, 415 1st Street East Brandon, MB. R7A 2W8 or to the Melita Legion Branch 127, Box 359 Melita, MB. R0M 1L0
