Eric Rene Hoefer

Mr. Eric Hoefer of Carievale passed away peacefully at the Pasqua Hospital in Regina on Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at the age of 74. Eric took his final earthly breath just before 6:00 p.m. with his four children by his side.

Eric is survived by his four children: daughter, Jackie MacFie; daughter, Paula (Doug) Hamilton (granddaughter, Ashley (Matt) Silvius and great-grandson, Axton & granddaughter, Meagan (Dylan) Wright and great-granddaughter, Payton); daughter, Sonya (Clint) Paton (grandchildren, Griffin, Gracee, and Grayden); son, Nathan and his girlfriend, Aubrey Gottfried; sister, Shirley (Dwaine) Johnson; brother-in-law, Alvin Mohr.

Eric was predeceased by his parents, Rene and Ida Hoefer; sister, Sharon Mohr; great-grandson, Benson Silvius.

Eric was looking forward to celebrating his 75th birthday on December 28th, and that is exactly what the family did! Thank you for joining the Hoefer family to celebrate Eric's life at the Carievale Community Hall, Carievale, SK. on Saturday, December 28, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. Rev. Rob Reed officiated the service. The interment will take place at the Workman Cemetery at a later date.
