Obituary

Mr. Garth Barber of Carnduff passed away at the Pasqua Hospital, Regina on Thursday, February 17, 2022 at the age of 73.

He was predeceased by his daughter, Tammy; great-granddaughter, Jewel; parents, Bill & Nellie (Wilmot) Barber.

Garth is survived by his wife, Velma; four children: Darcy (Janis) (children, Hunter, Jade (Dillon), Paris, and Mercedes (Tyler) great grandchildren, Casey and Lachlan), TJ (Amanda) (children, Taygan, Kaidan, and Braxlee), Penny Walker (children, Boston and Hudson), Ellie (Mike) Pirie (children, Alera, Phoenix, Diezel, and Keifer); sisters, Judy Murray and Phyllis (Ed) Burnett; brother, Neil (Joan) Barber.

A service to celebrate Garth’s life will be held on Thursday, February 24, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. from the St. Andrew’s United Church, Carnduff, SK., with Mrs. Sandy Dalziel officiating. Following the service there will be a time of fellowship and refreshments in the church lower hall. Interment will take place at the Carnduff Cemetery at a later date.
