Harriet Slade Obituary
Mrs. Harriet Slade formerly of Gainsborough passed away at the Sunset Haven, Carnduff, SK on Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at the age of 98.
She was predeceased by her husband, Lloyd; sister, Hazel McFarlane; brothers, Ken Henderson and David Henderson; brothers-in-law, Bill Slade, Eugene Chapdelaine, Nelson Spencer, and Clarence McFarlane; sisters-in-law, Stella Slade, Yvonne Spencer, Myrtle Chapdelaine, and Helen Henderson; nephew, Don Henderson.
Harriet is survived by her numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
A public funeral service to celebrate Harriet’s life was held on Thursday, May 1, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. from the Knox United Church, Gainsborough, SK., with Reverend Kathy Kyle officiating.
The interment took place at the Gainsborough Cemetery on Saturday, September 6, 2025 at 2:00 p.m.
