Helen Henderson Obituary

Mrs. Helen Henderson passed away at Sunset Haven in Carnduff, SK. on Saturday, April 19, 2025 at the age of 90.

Helen is survived by son Jim (Marilyn) Henderson and their children: Adrienne (Ryan) (children: Conner, Brooke, and Nathan), Amy (Clayton) (children: Parker and Max), and Jamie (Jon) (children: Rorey, Mason and Cooper); daughter Kelly (Ron) Banks and their sons: Jason (Tammy) and Ken & family; sister Betty Critchlow; sister-in-law Harriet Slade; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Helen was predeceased by husband Ken in 2002, baby daughter Penny, parents Victor and Margaret Huish, sisters Olive Goldsmith and Gladys Spencer, brother Ken Huish, brothers-in-law George, Roy, Bill, Lloyd, Clarence, David, and Eugene, and sisters-in-law Doris, Hazel, and Myrtle.

A public graveside service was held at Winlaw Cemetery (south of Gainsborough, SK.) on Tuesday, April 29, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Kathy Kyle officiating. A luncheon followed at the Gainsborough Community Hall (lower level). 

Donations in memory of Helen can be directed to the Winlaw Cemetery Fund or Border-Line Housing, "New Kitchen Fund" Box 250, Carnduff, SK. S0C 0S0.
