Mr. Jack Collier of Gainsborough, passed away at the Gainsborough Health Centre on Monday, May 31, 2021 at the age of 82.
He is survived by his loving family: wife, Joyce; daughter, LouAnn (Bruce) Apperley, grandchildren, Kyle (Cherie) and Colin (Jenna), great grandchildren, Baya, Teddy, Nathan and Weston; daughter, Cathy (Kevin) Stephenson and grandchildren, Kayla (Jonathan) and Bradley (Camryn). He is also survived by his sister-in-law, Lois (Garry) Hughes, brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Gerald and Barbara Murray, and many nieces and nephews.
Jack was predeceased by his parents, John and Edna Collier; brother, Bob Collier; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Gordon and Ellen Murray; and brother-in-law, Harvey Murray.
A private family service to celebrate Jack's life was held at the Knox United Church, Gainsborough on Monday, June 7, 2021 with Reverend Rob Reed officiating. Burial followed at the Gainsborough Cemetery.
