Mr. John Henderson of Carnduff, passed away at the Sunset Haven, Carnduff on Friday, December 27, 2019 at the age of 95.
He was predeceased by his wife, Kae in 2000; parents, John & Elizabeth (Tulloch); brother, Robert Henderson; sister, Annie (Kenny) Davies; son-in-law, Don Kirby; also members of Kae’s family, the Clows.
John is survived by his four children: Susan (Allen) Kuhlmann of Vanguard, SK., Harold (Della) Henderson of Redvers, SK., Janet (Brian) Kobasa of Medicine Hat, AB., and Allan Henderson of Moose Jaw, SK.; four grandchildren: Chris Henderson, Dylan Henderson, Logan (Terri) Henderson, and Wes (Laura) Kirby (great-granddaughter, Ruth Kirby); special friend, Hilda; also numerous nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Service for John was held at the St. Andrew's United Church, Carnduff, on Thursday, January 2, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. with Reverend Susan Reed officiating. Interment followed at the Carnduff Cemetery. There was a time of fellowship and refreshments at the C.E. Hall following the interment service.
