Joyce Harmon Obituary
It is with deep sorrow and much love that we announce the passing of Joyce Harmon of Melita on Sunday, October 26, 2025 at the age of 86.
Joyce will be lovingly remembered by her four sons, Lloyd (Linda) and family, Gerry, Bob and family, and Barry (Lonnie) and family; brother, Bill (Donna) Nichols and family; as well as brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and many nieces and nephews.
Joyce was predeceased by her husband, Bill Harmon; parents, Hap and Emily Nichols; sisters, Darlene Nichols (in infancy) and Gloria Higgins; grandson, Rob Harmon; and many brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
A graveside service to celebrate Joyce’s life was held at the Melita Cemetery, Melita, MB. on Saturday, November 1, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. Lunch followed at the Melita Drop-In Centre.
The Melita PCH was Joyce’s home for the last three years and the family would like to thank the staff for the care and compassion that was shown over this time.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to the Melita PCH in honour of Joyce.
