Mrs. Lorna Gardner of Melita, passed away at the Willowview PCH, Reston, MB. on Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at the age of 86.
She was predeceased by her husband, Leonard; sons, Jim & Kevin; son-in-law, Larry Townsend; parents, Norman & Thelma Ramsey; brother in infancy, Allan Ramsey.
Lorna is survived by her three daughters, Kathryne Townsend, Sheila (Kendon) Campbell, and Dolores (Kevin) Caldwell; five grandchildren: Bryce Campbell (Steven Day), Curtis (Janelle) Campbell, Nicholas Campbell (Becky Reid), Amber (Tyler) Culbertson, and Meghan Caldwell (Morgan Hainsworth); four great-granddaughters: Lenore Campbell, Madelynn Campbell, Jami Culbertson, and Ivy Mae Reid; and brother, Eldon Ramsey.
A funeral service for Lorna was held at the Melita Presbyterian Church, Melita, on Tuesday, February 11, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. with Reverend Barb Alston officiating. A private family interment took place at the Lauder Cemetery.
