Lyle "Perk" Forsyth Obituary
Lyle “Perk” passed away peacefully surrounded by loving family on Wednesday, January 28, 2026 at the Brandon Regional Health Centre.
Lyle was the beloved husband of Georgina, son of Faye Forsyth; brother of Lorie (Blair) Downey, Lynn (Dwayne) Vanbeselaere, and Brenda Bradford, uncle of Clinton (Holly) Law, Kevin (Nikki) Law, Chris Downey, Aaron (Janelle) Downey, Brittany (Garrett) Riddell and their families, son-in-law to Sheila Pierce, brother-in-law to Lorelei (Alfred), Susan, & Erin Pierce.
Lyle was predeceased by his father, Murray Forsyth and father-in-law, Percy Pierce.
Perk will be sadly missed by all who knew him for his larger-than-life personality, wonderful sense of humour and infectious laugh.
A private family service was held on Friday, February 20, 2026 at Redpath Funeral Home in Melita.
