Mabel Annie (Moir) Wray of Melita, formerly of Tilston and Brandon, passed away Monday, April 26, 2021 at the Melita Health Centre, with her granddaughter Jaime by her side. She was 92 years old.
Mabel was predeceased by her husband, John; two sons, Bill Wray and Don Wray; grandson, Daniel Brick; parents, Harry and Ethel Moir; siblings, Kathleen (Norman) Laing, Les (Jean) Greves, Doug (Nora) Greves, Muriel Greves, and by John’s parents and siblings.
Mabel is survived by her son, Ken (Judy) Wray of Tilston; daughter, Sharon (Gerry) Brick of Winnipeg; two daughters-in-law, Valorie Wray of Melita, and Wanda Wray of Tilston; nine grandchildren, Marla (Darren) Galatiuk, Dale (Leslie) Wray, Jaime (Shane) Burgoyne, Derek Wray (Megan Story), Brett (Shayne) Skeoch, Tyler Wray, Lenna Wray, Caitlyn (Mike) Wasyluk, Stephanie Brick; twelve great grandchildren, Lucas and Hadlee Burgoyne, Lily Wray, Spencer and Sutton Skeoch, Cameryn and Sloan Wasyluk, Justin and Will Galatiuk, Thalicia, Whitney and Julia Wray; sister-in-law, Maxine Wray, and numerous nieces and nephews.
A private family graveside service was held Saturday, May 1, 2021 at the Tilston Cemetery, Tilston, MB.
