Mr. Melvin Myers of Gainsborough passed away at the Gainsborough and Area Health Centre on Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at the age of 76.
Melvin is survived by his loving family: son, Kim (Faye) Myers, granddaughter, Chrystal (Cary) Pickard (great-grandchildren, Ashley Myers, Colby Pickard, Kayla Pickard) grandson, Brad (Randi) Myers (great-grandchildren, Sterling and Watson Myers) grandson, Tyler Myers; son, Adrian Myers (grandsons, Mitchell and Keaton Myers); daughter, Shelley (Blake Gustafson) Taylor (grandchildren, Cassidy Taylor and Dylan Taylor); son, Mel Myers Jr.; nephews, Kevin Silzer and family & Jason Silzer and family.
Melvin was predeceased by his parents, Roy and Lydia Myers; sister, Connie Silzer; brother-in-law, Wilmer Silzer.
The funeral service for Melvin was held at Knox United Church, Gainsborough, SK. on Monday, October 28, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Rob Reed officiating. Interment will take place at a later date.
