Mervyn "Blackie" Biberdorf Obituary
Mr. Mervyn "Blackie" Biberdorf of Oxbow passed away unexpectedly at his residence on Sunday, March 30, 2025 at the age of 74.
Mervyn is survived by his son, Ryan Biberdorf; grandchildren, Rhianna, Adria, Brody & Tristan Biberdorf; son, Mike (Shannon) Biberdorf; grandchildren, Mason Biberdorf, Kelsey (Kenton) Mathison, Bailey (Neil) Braun; great-grandchildren, Quade & Charlotte Mathison; siblings, Marlys (Malcolm) Herman, Myrna Biberdorf, Meryl Biberdorf, Merva (Dwight) Ulrich; brother-in-law, Tom (Colleen) Farnden; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his loving wife, Shirley Biberdorf; parents, Lawrence and Elvia Biberdorf; mother and father-in-law, Art & Eva Farnden; sister and brother-in-law, Joyce & Alvin Biberdorf; sister, Marla Downs; brother-in-law, Bud Collins; sister-in-law, Lynne Biberdorf; sister and brother-in-law, Wes and Janet Zimmerman; nephew, Glen Biberdorf; niece, Denise Gelech; nephew, Glenn Zimmerman; nephew, Greg Biberdorf.
A public graveside service for Mervyn was held at the Alameda Cemetery, Alameda, SK. on Tuesday, April 8, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. with Mrs. Sandy Dalziel officiating. A lunch followed at the Royal Canadian Legion in Alameda.
