Michael Porter Obituary
Mr. Michael Porter of Oxbow, SK. passed away unexpectedly at his residence on Sunday, January 30, 2022 at the age of 59.
Michael is survived by his parents, Robert "Bob" and Dorothy Porter; siblings, Linda Fraser, Calvin Porter, Gary (Janice) Porter and Katherine (Mike) Mefford; nephews and nieces, Cory Fraser (Nicole Hagel), Tyler Fraser, Kristen (Jordan) Cooper and Megan Porter; great-nephews, Porter and Thomas; uncles and aunts, Yvonne Burnett, Bruce and Linda Porter, Alfred Bishop and Margaret Nernberg.
He was predeceased by his grandparents, Francis and Ann Porter and Almond and Elvina Bishop; uncles and aunts, Isobelle and George Smith, Alexander Burnett, William Bishop, Kenneth Bishop and Helmut Nernberg.
A service for Michael was held at St. Peter Lutheran Church, Oxbow, SK. on Thursday, May 12, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Adrian Kramer officiating. The interment followed at the Oxbow Cemetery.
