Rita Murray Obituary
Mrs. Rita Murray of Melita passed away peacefully at the Melita Personal Care Home on Friday, September 23, 2022 at the age of 85.
Rita is survived by four children: Dwayne (Peggy), Dwight (Cara), Monica (Don) Lesy and Marcia Vrooman; twelve grandchildren: Ryan (Tammy), Reagan (Kayla), Karlyn (Warren), Jason (Laura), Kendall (Mike), Meghan (Jeff), Brayden (Danielle), Kyle (Lesley), Cory (Heather), Morgan (Riley), Brett (Paige) and Page; eighteen great-grandchildren: Gage, Malaya, Rowen, Waylon, Presley, Justin, Bella, Braeley, Brielle, Carter, Sullivan, Makenzie, Fredrik, Emmett, Quinn, Ainsley, Renae and Bennett. She is also survived by her sisters, Margaret and Shirley and brother, David.
Rita was predeceased by her husband, Bernie (2011); parents, Bill and Elizabeth Newbury; and brother, Dennis Newbury.
In keeping with Rita's wishes a private family service was held. The interment took place at the Melita Cemetery.
