Ruth Townsend Obituary
Mrs. Ruth Townsend of Melita passed away peacefully at the Melita Personal Care Home on Sunday, June 1, 2025 at the age of 105.
Ruth is survived by her daughter, Leah Diane (Harvey) Campbell; brother, Jim; numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband Hector in 1989; son, Larry; parents, Adam and Leah (Bird) Walker; siblings, Norman, Allan and Mildred; granddaughter, Leslie; grandson, Harley.
A public graveside service was held at the Melita Cemetery, Melita, MB. on Friday, June 6, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. A time of fellowship followed at the Royal Canadian Legion Lounge in Melita.
