My condolences . Knew Shirley well as my parents were very good friends with hers ! I actually reside in Kamloops but Gainsborough is still my home as well .

Condolences on Shirleys passing. She and I were great friends through school and I have very happy memories at lots of “ fun stuff” we shared. Mrs Perkes allowed us to “work the switchboard “ for her at lunch time which we thought was great fun. Certainly a far cry from cell phones today.. So sorry to hear she suffered with dementia. . Many good memories
