Deepest condolences to Shirley’s family at this sad and difficult time for all of you.

Shirley was a lovely lady and has left us with so many fun and happy memories .
I was a student of Shirley’s many years ago. Along with teaching us she also taught us girls to knit and all of us to dance. Was a very happy time for all of us, she was a great teacher.
Bet she and Orvina are enjoying playing scrabble again.
Kindest thoughts to you all. Bee (Morrish) Moser - Frank and Eva Morrish’s daughter

I am so sad to hear of Shirley's passing. I loved this gal dearly!, she was a special person in my life. Shirley was my Grade 1, 2 and 3 teacher and boarded at my Mom and Dad's place for those three years. I still can see,Shirley sitting on the couch with her legs folded underneath her, knitting and reading a book at the same time, this amazed me as a kid!!. She was a talented person~~so wise, full of fun and laughter and such a loving person. I am going to miss our telephone calls and having lots of laughs together. I want to send BIG HUGS to Miles,Vicki, and to all of the familes. You all were so blessed having her for a Mom, Grandma and a Great Grandma. Shirley will be missed by so many, specially her family and close friends.

I am so sorry to hear of Shirley’passing. Miles and Vicki, I have great memories having sleep overs at your place. I always marvelled at Vicki and Shelley bed. It was so cool. I remember coming to your farm and going Saskatoon picking. I know you were coming to Oxbow, Vicki, this summer for a visit. I hope you made it in time to say good bye
