Mr. William “Bill” Fraser Campbell of Regina and formerly of Tilston passed away at the Regina General Hospital on Saturday, February 11, 2023 at the age of 92.

He was predeceased by his 1st wife, Isobelle; parents, Fraser & Elizabeth Campbell; in-laws, Richard & Nellie Wheelans; siblings, Alex (Maureen) Campbell, Albert Campbell, Jean (Jack) Melville, Lil (Mac) Cairns, KC (Pauline) Campbell; brothers-in-law, Earl, Russell, and Jim Wheelans; (Maria’s family, in-laws, Maximo & Matilde Baggayan; sister-in-law, Yolanda Umoso and brother-in-law, Sesinando Mabazza).

Bill is survived by his wife, Maria Campbell of Regina; five children: Bruce (Laura Jean) Campbell {Allan (Mandi) Braxton Rose & Layne Campbell, Adam (El-Lee Dootjes) Zack, Alivia Campbell & Stephen Campbell}, Beth (Curtis) Clark {Leslie (Jaret) Ren, Walker, Campbell Murray, Jacquie (Michael) Ruby, Harvey, Thomas Klassen, Kelly (Justin) Katherine, Emery Lewis} Brenda (Brad) Minshull {Brodie – Reece, Harlon Minshull, Nellie (Gavin) Stevie, Murphy, Bill Smith} Bonnie (Jim) Osiname {Troy – Shyah Osiname, Maya Osiname, Sheyi (O’Neil Reece) Osiname, Denzel Osiname, Lebron Osiname} Belinda (Jay) Hobbs {Quin (Rachelle McCannell) Hobbs, Grady Hobbs, Isobelle Hobbs}; sisters-in-law, Lila and Karen Wheelans; (Maria’s daughter, Jessica (Brett) {Maximo, Rainier, Roman Finnell}; sister-in-law, Andrea Mabazza and Sally (Caesar) Bercades; brother-in-law, Orlando Umoso).

A service to celebrate Bill’s life was held at the Tilston Community Hall, Tilston, MB. on Sunday, May 21, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. Interment took place at the Tilston Cemetery.

and the world makes you king for a day
