To all of Winnie's children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, we are sorry for your loss. She was so very proud of her family and lit up when she talked of any member. She will be missed by all that knew her. We have great memories of Winnie when she lived with us in Brandon, after Jerry had his stroke. Such a caring lady.. Winnie will never be forgotten because of the special person she was. Sending heartfelt sympathy to you all.

We want to convey our loving sympathy to Winnie's children, grandchildrren and geat grandchildren. She was so interested and caring of you all. Her face would light up when she was talking about the family. She was a good friend and as a fellow traveler she was the best. Luckily for me she fell in love with New Zealand icecream so I had someone to help out making stops at the roadside icecream shops.! Her smile, and kindness will be a wonderful memory. Thinking of you all at this sad time.

So sorry to hear about Aunt Winnie. She always presented as a strong matriarch that could work her way through all struggles. Always hard to say farewell, but you have many years of memories of knowing how much she cared for family and community. I can remember many happy times spent at the Drier house with Aunt Winnie always quietly part of the memories -- from haircuts, to cardboard forts in the basement, to working on the farm, to oatcakes with cheese on Christmas Eve, to watching the pigs and the amazing Simmental cross cattle, shipping hay home from Ontario with Sandy, weddings, Sunday suppers, New Year's at the hall, and watching Winnie dance the schottische - all good times!! Thinking of you & sending virtual hugs to all all at this sad time. - the last of a great generation..

Thinking of you with Sincerest Sympathy in the recent loss of your Mom and Grandma, Winnie. It is difficult enough to lose someone you love but it must be especially hard at this time of COVID when being with them in their final days are difficult and the support of others to assist with the grieving process cannot be the same as usual.
It is especially hard with the loss of the second parent as they seem to be the glue that keeps a family together. Cherish your many wonderful memories as they will carry you through.
