Mr. George Wilbert Jago passed away at the Willowview PCH, Reston, on Friday, December 7, 2018 at the age of 86.
George is survived by his wife, Donna (nee: Gray); four sons, Clayton (Lori) (their daughter, Tennille and son, Rhyley), Dean (Janet) (their son Nolan & Cc Rodgers great-grandson, Walker George, son, Tanner & Shelby Tarr), Dale (Stephanie) (their daughters, Payton and Billie), Clare (Lisa) (their daughters Abby, Mayson and son, Maxwell); daughter, Georgina (Jim) Bright (nee Granger) (their son, Wyatt Bright & Janae Albert); George also leaves to mourn, Shirley (Mel) Williamson, Chub (Sid) Gray, Wilma (Murray) Williamson, Martha Jago, Dorothy Jago, and Shirley Woods; also numerous nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his two grandsons, Dekker Jago and Christopher Bright; parents, James & Rosina (nee: Mare) Jago; siblings, Ernie (Bessie) Jago, Ethel Jago, Bill & Joan & Ruth Jago, Edith (Keith) Cranfield, Jim Jago, Lorne (Marina) Jago, Ken (Marg) Jago, Cecil Jago, and Sid Jago.
A service to celebrate George’s life was held on Thursday, December 13, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. from the R.E.S. Centre, Reston, MB., with (rev.) Heather Sandilands officiating. Interment followed at the Reston Cemetery.
