Marie (Hodge) Clow

Mrs. Nora Marie Clow of Carnduff and formerly of Carievale, passed away at the Galloway Health Centre, Oxbow, on Thursday, March 1, 2018 at the age of 90.

Marie is lovingly remembered by her family:  daughter, Agnes (Terry) Kimler; son, Clayton (Marilyn); five grandchildren, Curtis (Terri) Kimler (and children, Amy & Derek), Lori (Dean) McQueen (and children, Braeden & Rylan), Christine Kendall (and daughter, Hailey), Steven (Melissa) Clow, Nicole Clow, and grandson-in-law, Randy Kendall; sister-in-law, Mary Clow; brother-in-law, John Henderson; also numerous nieces, nephews,cousins, and friends.

She was predeceased by her parents Roy & Edith (Dancey) Hodge; step-mother, Nola; husband, Ross; brother, Clarence; sisters, Mabel (Fred) and Freda (Jim); six sisters-in-law, Thelma (John), Annie (Gordon), Geraldine (Lorne), Eva (Les), Lillian (Hilton), and Kae; four brothers-in-law, Sandy (Marlene), Harry, Mac (Freda), and Dick (Janet).

A Funeral Service for Marie was held at the Carievale United Church on Friday, March 9, 2018 at 2:00 pm. Reverend Rob Reed officiated. Interment will take place at the Workman Cemetery at a later date.
