Mr. Bill Burnett of Carnduff passed away at the Galloway Health Centre, Oxbow on Sunday, August 29, 2021 at the age of 84, after a short illness.
Bill is survived by his loving wife, Ethel of 57 years; daughters, Vicky (Gord) Hamilton and Agnes (Darwin) Duncombe; grandchildren, Rikki (Ethan) & Levi; great-grandchildren, Theo & Lettie; sister-in-law, Linda (Bruce) Porter.
He was predeceased by his parents, George & Lillian; brother, Jim (Lola); in-laws, Gordon & Bessie Brown; brother-in-law, Don (Marilyn); twin sons at birth, Steven & Gordon; and great-grandson, Easton Hayward.
A celebration of Bill's life Memorial Reception was held at the St. Andrew's United Church C. E. Hall on Wednesday, September 1, 2021 from 2:00 - 4:00 pm.
