I have fond memories of Joan from my childhood. She always welcomed me into her home, to sit at the big table in her kitchen, for a glass of milk. the bowls of sugar and endless rhubarb, the sleep overs and always lots of laughs and fun. I will always remember her for her genuine warmth and generosity. It meant a great deal to me as a little girl, and I am saddened to hear of her passing. My most heart felt condolences to Leo Shelly and Glen and your families.
