Mr. Nathan Rubbert of Oxbow passed away on Wednesday, July 21, 2021 at the age of 38.

Nathan is survived by the people who love him son, Kylen Christopher Rubbert; sister, Danielle Rubbert; mother, Lorna Janet Petzel; father, Lorin Edgar Rubbert; grandmother, Ida Anna Petzel; special cousin, Brett Rubbert; special friends, Lane Gibson, Warren Dalziel, Mallory Hawker; all his aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends, too many to be named.

He was predeceased by his grandparents, Myron & Jean Rubbert; cousin, Scott Rubbert; cousin, Briggs Zimmer; aunt Brenda King; and friends, Murray, Frenchie, and Ryan.

A very special thank you to all the volunteers who organized and came to help in the search for Nathan as well as all the generous support and donations from the community.  Your love and support has been overwhelming and we appreciate everything you are doing for us.

A memorial for Nathan was held at the Cenataph Park on Marion Avenue, Oxbow, SK. on Wednesday, July 28, 2021 at 12:00 p.m.  

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to “Kylen Rubbert Trust Fund” at Affinity Credit Union, Oxbow to further his education in the future.
